It’s Time!

As an IT manager in Iran, I have worked hard to contribute to the success of the businesses I have worked for, and I am proud of what I have accomplished. However, I believe that it is time for me to let go and explore opportunities abroad, despite the success I have achieved here. I have come to this decision after careful consideration and reflection, and it is not a decision that I have taken lightly.

I believe that I have already done my part to make a positive contribution to my motherland, by helping the businesses I worked for to grow and succeed. I have put in countless hours of hard work, continuous learning, and unwavering commitment to ensure that these businesses thrive in the technology field. While I am proud of what I have achieved, I believe that it is time for me to move on and seek new challenges and opportunities.

One of the main reasons for my decision to work abroad is my desire to explore new possibilities and expand my horizons. despite my current position (IT Manager), I am constantly looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge, to improve myself, and to help people leaning new things -keeping the IT society up to date as much as I can. I believe that working abroad would give me the chance to learn new technologies, experience different cultures, and develop new perspectives. This, in turn, would enable me to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table, which could benefit my future employer and the industry as a whole.

Furthermore, I believe that by working abroad, I would be able to advance my career in ways that would not be possible if I stayed in Iran. The opportunity to work with some of the best professionals in the technology industry and to learn from their experiences would be invaluable. Additionally, a more stable economy would allow me to focus on my work, rather than worrying about economic uncertainties.

In conclusion, while I am grateful for the success I have achieved in Iran, I believe that it is time for me to let go and explore new opportunities abroad. I have already done my part to make a positive contribution to my motherland, and now it is time for me to move on and seek new challenges and experiences. By doing so, I believe that I can continue to grow both professionally and personally, and make a meaningful contribution to the technology industry.

I have already done my part to make my motherland a better place by making notable improvements to the businesses I have worked for. I have also helped my team, coworkers, and the IT community grow by mentoring and sharing my knowledge and experience. Despite the success I have achieved here, which is the result of my hard work, continuous learning, and unwavering commitment, I believe it is time for me to let go and explore new opportunities abroad.

One of the main reasons I am considering working abroad is my personal concerns about human rights. While my motherland is a beautiful country with a rich history and culture, it is not without its challenges. I value freedom of expression and believe that individuals should be able to express their ideas and opinions without fear of persecution. Unfortunately, this is not always the case here.

In addition, the Iranian economy has faced many challenges in recent years, and it’s getting worse. unfortunately, It seems I was hopeful for no reason for many years. the economy remains volatile, and there are now serious concerns about inflation and currency fluctuations, as the national money keeps losing its value every day. This instability can make it challenging for businesses to operate effectively, and as an IT manager, I want to work in an environment where my company can thrive and grow. A more stable economy would allow me to focus on developing innovative technology solutions, rather than worrying about economic uncertainties.
